Minute 1 : 6 km/h
1st Interval: 13.5 km/h
2nd Interval: 14 km/h
3rd Interval: 14.5 km/h
4th Interval: 15 km/h
5th Interval: 15.5 km/h
6th Interval: 16 km/h
7th Interval: 16.5 km/h

One interval is 30 seconds with 90 seconds of slow run. One run is 15 minutes

Next run will be the same plus some extra seconds for sprints.

2009: Run Run Run Year

I decided that this year will be devoted on running. I have seen big results in my new regimen and I believe that if I keep it up, I will reach my target weight. My new program will include interval runs in all work out days.


Base speed: 13.5 km/hr
Rest Base Speed: 6.0 km/hr

As a program, I will run for 15 minutes
As a warm-up, 10 minutes.
